Handmade Accuracy: Our jewellery is handmade — slight variations in colour, shape, and size may occur. Screen colour differences are not considered defects. Each piece is unique by nature.
Consumer Guarantees: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Your Information: Please ensure your email and shipping address are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly entered address.
