1. Processing Time

All Julayna Studio pieces are handmade. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before it is shipped.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

4. Customs & Duties

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country. Julayna Studio is not responsible for these charges.

A note for our US customers: Due to current US government import tariffs, a 9% tariff fee (based on your order value) is applied to orders shipped to the United States. This is not a charge we set or profit from — it is a mandatory government fee. To keep things transparent, this 9% is already included in the product prices shown to US customers. No surprises at checkout.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us at help@julaynastudio.com within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can assist you.
