Please note: Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the original order amount.

We kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully before placing an order. This helps reduce unnecessary shipping and waste, and also shows respect for the time and care behind each piece.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. All returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee.

Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If the product arrives broken or damaged, contact us immediately — we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement with no restocking fee.
