Returns
We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected and a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Please note that all returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. However, if your item arrives broken or damaged, Julayna Studio will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement with no restocking fee.
