2. Orders & Pricing: We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is a pricing error or if we run out of stock. If we cancel, we will refund you immediately. Prices are subject to change without notice. For returns and exchanges, please view our Returns Policy.
3. Handmade Accuracy: Our jewellery is handmade; therefore, slight variations in colour, shape, and size may occur. While we strive for accuracy in our photos, your screen may display colours differently. These unique variations are not considered defects.
4. Consumer Guarantees: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
5. Your Info: You agree to provide a correct email and shipping address. We aren't responsible for items sent to an address you typed incorrectly at checkout.
6. Liability: We are a small business and are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any misinterpretations arising from a failure to read the provided descriptions or information in full.
7. Respect: We have the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves disrespectfully toward our business or community.
